Reservations You may make reservations up to one year in advance. To secure a booking a non returnable deposit is payable, we will inform you of the amount at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid by credit or debit card, cheques/postal orders must reach the hotel at least five (5) working days before you are due to arrive. The person making the booking is responsible for all costs involved in making the reservation. Cancellation If you cancel a booking or part of a booking up to twenty-four hours prior you will lose your deposit. For cancellations after this time, we reserve the right to claim payment of the full amount (less a sum for service) of the original booking. Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking will have to pay the full amount (less a sum for service) of the orginal booking unless otherwise agreed with us. Non-Arrival of Guests Should you have booked a room(s) and paid a deposit and fail to arrive we reserve the right to charge to your Credit / Debit card the remainder of the amount that would have become due should you have arrived and fulfilled the booking. Arrival & Departure Rooms are available from 2:00pm, although earlier arrival may be possible by agreement. You are asked to inform the Hotel of your arrival time if possible. Check out on the day of departure is at 11:00am but luggage may be left in the bar if you are staying in Blackpool for the day. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to your luggage. Hotel Property We will charge your credit / debit card for the full cost of replacing or repairing Hotel property you (or any of your party)lose or damage however the damage is caused. If you notice any damage or missing items in your room you must tell us immediately. Lost or mislayed keys will be charged at £10 per set. Payment Any balance due on the reservations must be paid on arrival unless otherwise agreed.
